How to cook chicken liver cake?

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4-6


● Chicken liver — 0,6 kg
● Eggs — 3 pieces.
● Milk — 250 ml
● Flour — 1,5 tbsp.
● Vegetable oil — 50-100 g
● Onions — 2-3 pcs.
● Carrots — 2-3 pcs.
● Mayonnaise — 1 p.
● Dill — 1 tbsp.
● Parsley — 1 tbsp.
● Salt — ½ tsp.


1. Rinse the liver, grind it in a meat grinder or blender. Add milk, eggs, flour, vegetable oil and salt, mix well.

2. Pour the dough into the heated frying pan with a diameter of 20-24 cm and bake cakes like pancakes, frying from both sides. Lubricate the frying pan with oil is only necessary for the first cake, the rest will be separated due to the oil inside the dough.

3. Grate the carrots, cut the onions into half rings, add salt and fry vegetables in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

4. Fried cakes take one at a time, grease with mayonnaise and spread a layer of onions with carrots, then cover the next. Lightly grease the last cake with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped greens. This time I decided to sprinkle with cheese, and it turned out quite organically.
