Chicken liver salad

Chicken liver is a delicious and healthy product. But the appearance of it, to put it mildly, is not impressive, therefore on a festive table the liver of a hen appears not often, unless in the form of pate.
We offer you a recipe for a delicious chicken liver salad, which will decorate a family dinner, and at a gala dinner it will look decent.

Cooking time: 10 min.
Servings: optional

You will need:

Fried chicken liver
Canned green peas 1/2 cans
Boiled chicken egg 1 pc.
Lettuce leaves
Onions 1 pc.
Basil to taste
Natural yoghurt
Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste.

How to cook:

1. We will marinate the onion so that its taste does not interrupt the taste of other ingredients. We’ll cut it into half rings, fill it with cold water, add a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

2. Cut the chicken liver into small pieces. Lettuce leaves can be torn or cut into strips.

3. Add green peas and chopped chicken egg.

4. If you like mayonnaise, you can use it as a refueling. In this recipe, natural yoghurt was used. Two tablespoons will be enough. Now the salad can be salted and mixed.

5. Before serving lettuce, from above put a little pickled onion and chopped basil.
