Chicken liver with cheese


Chicken liver 700 grams;
Carrot 2 pieces;
Onion 2 pieces;
Garlic 2 cloves;
Olive oil 2 tablespoons;
Sour cream is low-fat 50 grams;
Cheese 100 grams;
Salt and black ground pepper to taste.


Rinse carrots, peel and grate on a large grater.

Peel onion and cut into small cubes.
Chop the garlic.

In a heated frying pan with olive oil, fry onion until transparent, add the garlic, mix, after 1 minute add the carrots, salt, pepper and fry until light golden. To taste, you can add dry herbs and greens.

Liver clean from the films, rinse, dry with paper towels and cut. Salt and pepper to taste.

Hard cheese grate.

The bottom of the baking dish is covered with foil, grease a little with olive oil and put the chicken liver on top of the roast, then grease it with sour cream and grate with grated cheese.

Bake chicken liver under vegetables for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
