Chicken pancakes with cheese


Chicken fillet — 500 g
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Kefir 1% — 100 g
Whole-grain flour — 100 g
Cheese — 100 g
Greenery — to taste
Salt, spices — to taste


1. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. We cut the cheese into small cubes. Green onions, parsley, dill finely chopped.
2. Mix chicken fillet, cheese, greens, kefir, flour, eggs. Solim, pepper and mix well.
3. Spread the resulting mass of a tablespoon on a heated frying pan with butter. Fry from both sides until golden brown.
4. Chicken pancakes with cheese on kefir served hot.
