Chicken thighs in the potato ring


Chicken thighs (can be substituted for chicken thighs or drumsticks) — 4-5 pcs.
Potatoes — 600 g
Cheese — 50-100 g
Mayonnaise — 130 g
Garlic — 2 cloves


1. Thighs are washed, dried with a paper towel and rubbed with salt. We begin with chopped garlic — we cut a knife on the skin and put garlic in the hole, distribute it under the skin. We put in the middle of the oiled form.
2. Cut the peeled potatoes. If the potatoes are large, you can cut them in half.
3. We lay the potatoes around the chicken thighs layers. Solim quite a bit, because the chicken will give a salty juice, and on top will be cheese with mayonnaise.
4. Rub cheese on a large grater.
5. Mix the cheese with mayonnaise and spread this mixture on the potato ring.
6. Mayonnaise slightly smeared chicken thighs.
7. Bake in the oven, heated to 200 degrees 40 minutes. On the potato ring, a ruddy crust should form.

We serve with vegetables and herbs.
