Chicken with mushroom freebie


— 300 g chicken breast (2 pcs)
— 250 g of mushrooms (I have champignons)
— 3-4 medium-sized potatoes
— 1 onion
— 1 tbsp. Spoon of flour
— 250 ml of milk
— 150 g cream (I have 15%)
— 100 gr grated cheese (it’s better not to regret cheese)
— salt, pepper, greens if desired
— vegetable oil for frying


Switch on the oven by 180 ° C.
Wash potatoes, put in cold water and cook after boiling for 6 minutes. Cool and clean.
Wash the chicken, drain and cut into small pieces. Mushrooms clean and cut, peel onion and cut into cubes.
In a frying pan heat a little and fry the chicken pieces to a ruddy color, shift to a plate.
On the same oil fry the onion, add mushrooms to it and fry until the liquid evaporates. Pour in flour, mix well and, without stopping stirring, pour in milk with cream, add chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
Put the sauce in a fireproof form. Top grate potatoes on a coarse grater, add a little and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at medium level for about 30 minutes.
