Chicken with mushrooms under a potato coat

— 300 g chicken breast (2 pcs)
— 250 g of mushrooms (for example champignons)
3-4 medium potatoes
— 1 onion
— 1 tbsp. Flour
— 250 ml of milk
— 150 g cream
— 100 gr grated cheese (it’s better not to regret cheese)
— salt, pepper, greens if desired
— vegetable oil for frying.


1. Switch on the oven by 180 ° C.
2. Wash potatoes, put in cold water and cook after boiling for 6 minutes. Cool and clean.
3. Wash the chicken, drain and cut into small pieces.
5. Heat the frying pan and fry the chicken pieces to a ruddy color, shift to a plate.
6. In the same oil fry the onion, add mushrooms to it and fry until the liquid evaporates.
7. Pour in flour, mix well and, without stopping stirring, pour in milk and cream, add chicken, salt and pepper to taste.
8. Put the sauce in the fireproof form.
9. Grate the potatoes on a large grater and sprinkle with grated cheese.
10. Bake at medium level for about 30 minutes.
