Preparation:

1. Chicken breasts to clean, rinse and cut into portions (2 — 3 cm);

2. Piece chicken pieces cook with a couple of warm water or put out on low heat;

3. When the meat becomes soft, add chopped carrots and salt;

4. After 4-5 minutes, add washed and sliced ​​pieces of broccoli, a little cold water and olive oil;

5. Stew the dish for another 10 minutes, sprinkle finely chopped parsley.
