Chocolate banana cake


Chocolate layer:
250 gr of dark chocolate
170 gr of butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
5 tbsp flour
3 eggs
4 tablespoons Sahara

Banana-curd layer:

200 gr curd
2 eggs
2 small sweet banana
2 tablespoons Sahara

Cooking method:

We start with the chocolate layer. In a water bath, melt the chocolate and butter until smooth.
Eggs with sugar beat the mixer for 5 minutes, no more.
Mix the flour with cocoa
Add the chocolate to the beaten eggs intensively stir to prevent the chocolate from settling on the bottom. Then we sift the flour with cocoa into the mixture and gently mix, getting rid of the lumps. The chocolate layer is ready.
Curd layer. Cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and bananas add to the blender
Grind in a blender until homogeneous

Lubricate the form with butter. First, a thin layer of laid chocolate mass, you can leave a few gaps. From the top unevenly put curd-banana mass. Carefully match a few beautiful waves, mixing the layers.
Then lay layers in turn, just unevenly.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 175C.
