Chocolate Cake Arabian Tales

INGREDIENTS:

For the test:

● 4 tbsp. L. With a roll of cocoa
● 150 g of butter
● 150 g of sugar
● 2 eggs
● 250-300 g of flour
● Pinch of soda
● 2 tsp. Baking powder for dough.

For cream:

● 1 large lemon
● 200 g of sugar
● 150 g of butter
● 4-5 tbsp. L. Semolina
● 200 ml of milk.

For glaze:

● 200 g of bitter or milk chocolate.

Cooking Chocolate Cake Arabian Tales:

1. In a large bowl, pour out the sugar, break the eggs and grind them until a thick white mass forms. Pour into a mixture of cocoa and mix well, so that it has a uniform color.

2. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and soda. Grate the butter mixture on a dry mixture and mix it quickly. In the oil, pour the egg, stir until until the dough turns out, in consistence resembling thick sour cream. Pour half the dough into a round shape, greased from inside with butter, and bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees until cooked (about 35-40 minutes). Put the cake out of the mold and cool it. Bake the second cake, also cool it at room temperature. Each of the cooled cakes is cut into 2 parts.

3. For lemon cream, wash well with hot water, without peeling, cut it in half, and remove pits. Torsion the lemon through a meat grinder. Combine the soft butter with sugar, then mix the lemon to the mass. Manku diluted in a glass of milk, pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook very thick semolina porridge. Cover pan with porridge cover, put in a container with cold water and cool. After that, in portions adding porridge to the oil mixture, prepare the cream.

4. In a dish for a cake to put 2 tbsp. L. Cream and put 1 thin crust. Lubricate the cake with cream, place on it a second cake. Lubricate with cream. Similarly, collect the whole cake. The top cake is not necessary to cover with a cream. Chocolate to break and melt in the microwave. You can add a little butter or hot cream. Chocolate cool a bit and even warm ganache completely pour the cake. Leave the cake at room temperature for 2 hours, and then for the same time — in the refrigerator.
