Ingredients:

Dough:

Flour — 1.3 cups

Baking Powder — 2 teaspoons
Cocoa powder -? Cups

Butter — 3 tablespoons
Sugar — 1,5 cups
Egg — 2 pieces

Milk — 1 glass

Glaze:

Cream Cheese — 225 g
Butter — 110 g
Vanillin — 1 teaspoon
Coconut extract — 1.5 teaspoons (optional)
Sugar powder — 4-5 cups
Coconut shaving

Coconut glaze:

Whisk the cream cheese and butter for 4 minutes. Add vanillin and coconut extract, powdered sugar. Whisk until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Lay the muffin shape with paper wrappers for the muffins.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, cocoa and salt. Set it aside.

In a large bowl, whip butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add eggs one by one, whisking thoroughly after each addition, and then add the vanilla.
Add the flour mixture in turn with milk; Shake well.
Fill the molds with 3/4.

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake begins to come out clean. When completely cool, decorate each cupcake with icing and coconut shaving.
