How to cook a chocolate croissant?

Ingredients:

cottage cheese — 500 g
eggs of chicken (in dough + in stuffing) — 2 pcs. + 3 pcs.
sugar (in dough + in the filling) — 150 g + 100 g
sour cream — 200 g
flour — 160 g
cocoa — 4 tsp
50 grams
butter
1/2 tsp.
soda
pinch
salt
30 grams
semolina
1 tsp
vanilla sugar

Preparation:

1. Chocolate cheesecake, cooked according to this recipe, looks rather unusual and beautiful, and the taste is simply amazing. Prepare the dough. To do this, in the bowl, drive 2 eggs, sprinkle sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix.

2. Add sour cream and softened butter. Mix.

3. Add sifted flour, soda and cocoa. Stir, the dough will be like thick sour cream. Next, prepare the filling. To do this, stir cottage cheese with a fork and add 3 eggs. Mix.

4. Then add sugar, vanilla sugar and mango, mix. Then whip the stuffing with a submerged blender until smooth.

5. Cover the baking sheet with foil or baking paper and lay out the chocolate dough first. Then carefully place the cottage cheese in the center of the cheesecake.

6. Send the form to a cold oven. Turn 180 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes. The dough will turn slightly springy. Take the cheesecake out of the oven and out of the mold and leave to cool on the grate. The cheesecake is ready.

7. Decorate as desired.
