Chocolate — curd soft pie


On the form of 22-24 cm

For cottage cheese balls:
Cottage cheese — 250 g
Flour — 3 tablespoons
Egg — 1 piece or 2 yolks
Sugar — 50 g
Coconut shavings — 40 g

For the test:
Flour ~ 150 g
Eggs — 3 pieces
Sugar — 100 g
Vanilla sugar — 1 tablespoon
Salt — pinch
Chocolate — 100 g
Cocoa — 3 tablespoons
Starch — 2 tablespoons
Baking Powder — 1 teaspoon
Milk — 100-150 ml

For glaze:
Chocolate — 100 g
Honey — 20 g
Butter — 15 g
Cream — 40 ml


Cottage cheese rub through a sieve.
Egg (or yolks) whisk with sugar for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sifted flour and coconut shavings and mix.
Shape the bed with baking paper or grease with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Form small balls from the curd mass and put it on the bottom of the mold.

Oven put warm up to 180 degrees.
In the tank sift flour, starch, baking powder, cocoa and mix.
Chop the chocolate with a knife.

In a saucepan bring to a boil (do not boil) milk, remove from heat, put chopped chocolates and leave for 1-2 minutes.
Whisk the chocolate with milk until smooth.
Separate the proteins from the yolks.

Whisk the yolks with sugar for 3-4 minutes.
Add the chocolate mixture to the yolks and mix.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until homogeneous. If the dough is very thick, dilute it with milk.

Whip the whites with salt until firm peaks.
Carefully mix the whipped whites with the dough.

Ready dough pour on prepared balls trying to fill all the empty places.
Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, readiness to check with a toothpick (the time depends on the oven).
Ready to get the cake from the oven and leave to cool in the form.

While the pie is cooling down, cook the glaze (the amount of glaze can be made to taste).
Chocolate to break into pieces and melt in a water bath. Add the cream, honey, butter and stir until smooth.
Cool the cake out of the mold and cover with glaze (or first cover with glaze, and then remove from the mold).
Cut into portions and serve. Bon Appetit!
