Chocolate diet cheesecake

Gelatin food 15 g
Cocoa powder 50 g
Water 100 g
Honey natural (honey) 20 g
Milk 2.5% 100 g
Cottage cheese 0.1% 370 g

Cooking Chocolate Dietary Cheesecake:

15 g of gelatin soak in a glass of water for 30 minutes. Then drain the water from the swollen gelatin (if left).
Put on a slow fire, pour in milk, warm until dissolved. Remove from heat.
Add the cottage cheese, cocoa and honey. Mix everything blender into a homogeneous mass. Pour into the mold and put it in the cold until it freezes.
