Chocolate homemade cake

INGREDIENTS:

For the test:
● 4 tbsp. l. with a roll of cocoa
● 150 g of butter
● 150 g of sugar
● 2 eggs
● 250-300 g of flour
● Pinch of soda
● 2 tsp. baking powder for dough.

For cream:
● 1 large lemon
● 200 g of sugar
● 150 g of butter
● 4-5 tbsp. l. semolina
● 200 ml of milk.

For glaze:
● 200 g of bitter or milk chocolate.

PREPARATION:

1. In a large bowl, pour out the sugar, break the eggs and grind them until a thick white mass forms. Pour into a mixture of cocoa and mix well, so that it has a uniform color.

2. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and soda. Grate the butter mixture on a dry mixture and mix it quickly. In the oil, pour the egg, stir until until the dough turns out, in consistence resembling thick sour cream. Pour half the dough into a round shape, greased from inside with butter, and bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees until cooked (about 35-40 minutes). Put the cake out of the mold and cool it. Bake the second cake, also cool it at room temperature. Each of the cooled cakes is cut into 2 parts.

3. For lemon cream, wash it well with hot water, without peeling, cut it in half and remove the stone. Torsion the lemon through a meat grinder. Combine the soft butter with sugar, then mix the lemon to the mass. Manku diluted in a glass of milk, pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook very thick semolina porridge. Cover pan with porridge cover, put in a container with cold water and cool. After that, in portions adding porridge to the oil mixture, prepare the cream.

4. Apply 2 tablespoons to the cake dish. l. cream and put 1 thin crust. Lubricate the cake with cream, place the second cake on it. Lubricate with cream. Similarly, collect the whole cake. You do not need to cover the top layer with cream. Chocolate to break and melt in the microwave. You can add a little butter or hot cream. Chocolate to cool a little and even warm ganache completely pour the cake. Leave the cake at room temperature for 2 hours, and then for the same time — in the refrigerator.
