Chocolate — Ideal cake

It would seem well chocolate cake. What have we not eaten chocolate cakes? It’s boring and not interesting. And they all look alike. Somewhere so I thought, until somehow decided to make a cake for this recipe.

You will need:

For the cake:
3 cups of sugar (600 grams)
3 cups flour (425gr)
1 cup + 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder (135gr)
1.5 tsp Salt
2 and 1/4 tsp. Baking powder
2 and 1/4 tsp. Soda
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1.5 cups of milk
1.5 cups hot coffee

For cream:
1 and 3/4 cup sugar (350 g)
1.5 cups of cream (35%)
Chocolate, finely chopped
170 gr of butter, cut into small pieces
1.5 tsp Vanilla extract

How to cook:

For the cake:

1. Preheat the oven to 175s., Grease with oil and cover the bottom of 3 molds for baking 20cm.
2. Mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and soda.
3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil and milk. Then, at a low speed, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Beat up the mix.
4. Add hot coffee to the dough and mix until smooth. The dough will be liquid.
5. Divide the dough between the forms.
6. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until dry. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the grate.
7. If necessary, cut off the tops, so that the cakes are even (it’s easier to do this if you prioritize the cakes for 30-40 minutes in the freezer).

For cream:
1. In a saucepan bring the sugar and cream to a boil over medium heat.
2. Reduce the heat to a minimum and cook over low heat for six minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add chocolate and butter, stir until they have completely melted.
4. Stir the vanilla extract.
5. Allow to cool completely. After it has completely cooled down at room temperature, whip up the splendor and lightening.
6. Lubricate the cakes with cream and cover the top and sides of the cake.
