500 g of liver,
two eggs,
Salt, pepper, flour, plant. Oil for frying


1. We cut the liver into portions, we fight off. Do not salt, so that juice does not stand out.

2.Rezhem bow and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, slightly salted and peppery. We beat eggs, salt, in a separate plate we pour in the flour. Each piece of liver is rolled in flour, then in the egg. Repeat the boning again.

3. We put the liver in a frying pan with hot oil. Fry on high heat for 2 minutes. We turn, salt, pepper. Now we reduce the heat and sprinkle the liver with the fried onions and leave to stew, covering the lid, for another 5 minutes.
