Clever cake

To someone who has not yet met such a miracle cake, I will explain why it is so called.

All the ingredients are mixed, a very liquid dough is obtained, but in the oven it «cleverly» stratifies into layers: and you get a cake with cream in the middle. Stratification occurs due to the different fat content of the constituents.

It is necessary (on the form 20x20cm)
4 eggs
125 g of oil
500 ml of warm milk
115 g of flour
150 g of sugar
0.5-1 pound of vanillin without a roller coaster
1 tbsp water


1. Separate proteins from yolks
2. Protein whip with a pinch of salt until firm peaks
3. Whip yolks with sugar, vanillin and water
4. Melt the butter and lightly cool it.
5. pour the cooled oil into yolks and beat
6. Pour in 3 meals flour, each time carefully whisking
7. Pour half of the milk, beat thoroughly, then leave the remaining milk and beat again.
8. Carefully mix the proteins, moving from top to bottom.

The form should be oiled and sprinkled with flour (the mold must be UNDERGROUND!). Pour out the dough (the dough will turn out even liquefier than the pancakes).

Put in the oven at 175C for 40 minutes — 1 hour and 20 minutes. To that that it is required less, to that that more time, all depends on an oven.

Focus on the appearance: the top should be well browned, and the contents quite slightly sway.
Completely cool down.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into portions.
