● 250 g of flour;
● 100 g of sugar;
● 100 g of butter;
● 10 g of baking powder for dough;
● 3-4 tbsp. L. Warm water;
● 2-3 tsp. Cinnamon;
● a pinch of salt.

Cooking Cookies Italian:

Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add a pinch of salt. Soften the butter on the steam bath, add warm water to it.
Prepare the dough and leave it for 10 minutes, stir sugar with cinnamon. Form the dough from a test 10 cm long and 1 cm wide.
Roll the ringlets in sugar with cinnamon, pinch the ends. Bake this cute cookie 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
