Cookies with jam

500-550 gr. Flour
180-200 gr. Butter
two eggs
220-250 gr. Sahara
Two tablespoons of sour cream
A teaspoon without a slide of soda
About 300-500 ml. Thick jam

1. Everything is simple before the banal. The oil is kept at room temperature to melt. In the mixing bowl, put the butter, eggs, sugar, sour cream, soda and all the flour. In general, all the ingredients for the test.

2. Knead the thick dough. As you can see from the photo, I use a mixer with a bowl. In this case, the dough is easy to knead. We take two packages. From the fourth part to one third of the contents of the bowl we put in one package, the rest of the dough in another package. We put the two bags in the freezer for an hour. If you remove the dough for a longer time, large can be placed simply in the refrigerator.

3. Grease the baking tray with butter. We roll a large piece of dough over it. From above we grease with jam.

4. We take a small piece of dough from the freezer. If this is a quarter, then we rub it with jam on a grater and crumbs. If there is a whole third, then you can skip the dough through a meat grinder and decorate the jam with sausages. We bake cookies in the oven, heated to 200 degrees Celsius 15-20 minutes before a crispy crust.

5. Finished biscuits cut into squares or diamonds. An example of my cutting can be seen in the video above. It is easier to remove it from the baking tray when the cookie cools down a little.
