Cooking a home envelope with meat


Meat — 800 g
Olive oil — 30 g
Soy sauce — 30 g
Hot pepper — 1/2 tsp.
Lime — 1 pc.
Garlic — 2 cloves


1. Take any meat (800 g) that you like, for example, beef. Cut large cubes into 1 centimeter.

2. In a deep bowl, combine the olive oil (30 g), soy sauce (30 g), a pair of cloves of garlic (finely chopped), salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and squeeze out the juice of one lime. Transfer the meat into the bowl, mix well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for an hour and a half, while the cup is better covered with a film.

3. On a hot dry frying pan, fry the meat until ready.

4. Ready meat can be transferred to a deep bowl, next to put sauces: tomato and mustard. So everyone can collect their fajits. Well suited fragrant greens — coriander, basil, thyme.
