Cooking pork ribs in the oven


1.5 kg of pork ribs
2 onion bulbs
2 cloves garlic,
2 tablespoons honey
3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste


1. It is good to wash the fins with water and cut into portions (3-4 ribs).

2. For the sauce, finely chop onion, garlic, ginger.

3. In the saucepan mix the chopped onions, garlic, ginger, add honey, soy sauce, tomato paste.

4. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook until tender.

5. Grind the sauce using an immersion blender.

6. Rib grease the sauce with a culinary brush and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.

7. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake the ribs for 1-1,5 hours, occasionally lubricating them with sauce. If the surface of the meat is strongly bruised, you can cover it with foil. The remaining sauce again warmed, you can wipe it through a sieve.
8. Pork ribs served hot with fresh vegetables and sauce.

Ribs can be baked on the grill. In this case, under the grate, you need to put the pan in order to drain excess fat into it.
If you bake ribs on a baking sheet, remember: on the baking sheet you can put parchment for baking or foil.
