Cottage cheese curds without preservatives


Curd — 200 g
Sugar powder — 2 tbsp. L.
Butter — 30 g
Chocolate — 80 g
Vanilla sugar — 1 pack
Caramel, jam or coconut chips


1. Chocolate melted in a water bath. Silicone brush lubricate the molds (I have silicone) with a thin layer of chocolate. We remove the molds in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, you can repeat the application of chocolate to those places where there are «gaps» and send it back to the freezer for 2-3 minutes.
2. While the chocolate freezes, curd cottage cheese with sugar powder, vanillin and softened butter.
3. We take the molds from the freezer, fill it with 1/3 cottage cheese, put the filling in the center, fill it with cottage cheese. From above lubricate the cottage cheese with melted chocolate and put it in the refrigerator before serving.
