Cream with soy-honey sauce

Ingredients for 1-2 servings (for a steak weighing 200 grams) salmon / trout:


4 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 in.l. Honey
Ground chillies (to taste)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil (better than olive oil)
A mixture of peppers to taste

Sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation of Cream with soy-honey sauce:

1. Let the garlic pass through the press.

2.From the fish remove all the bones.

3. Mix all ingredients for the marinade (all except sesame seeds), put the pieces of fish skin up in it. Leave the fish so marinated min. At 30 at room temperature, you can and longer in the refrigerator.

4. Preheat the oven to 230g. Turn the fish skin down, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send it to bake together with marinade min. On 12-15 (orientate on the oven).

Garnish is perfect for vegetables, rice.
