Crispy chicken sticks

Juicy, crispy, with a golden crust — this is an excellent snack that does not require much time and hassle. They perfectly match with any spicy sauce (in my case it’s a sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts
65 gr of flour
2 eggs
125 gr breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Salt / pepper to taste

Cooking method:

1. Fight chicken breasts from both sides
2. Cut each battered chicken breast into long strips
3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper
4. Preheat the oil in a frying pan
5. Dip each piece of chicken first into flour, then into eggs, then into biscuits and pan
6. Fry on both sides until golden brown
7. Serve immediately with cheese and red sauce.
