Curd brisket

Ingredients:

-250 g of cottage cheese
-1 cup of sugar
-2 eggs
-100 g of draining oil. or margarine
-1 tsp baking powder

Preparation:

1. Margarine or butter or oil to grind with sugar, cottage cheese to beat up with eggs, mix a flour with baking powder. In the flour, add cottage cheese and eggs, butter with sugar and knead the dough. We have a curd cottage cheese and flour consumed about 2 cups. The dough should be gentle and elastic.

2. Roll out the dough, the thickness is chosen by someone like what, I have about 3 mm and cut figurines with a mold or a glass. We dip one side in a saucer with sugar. We put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and in a preheated oven!

3. Bake at 200 degrees until it gets reddened!
