How to cook a cottage cheese dessert without baking?


cottage cheese soft 500 g
yoghurt 300 g
gelatine 30 g
sugar substitute or honey to taste
fruits and berries to taste.


Mix cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add sugar substitute or honey to taste.

Gelatin pour a glass of water for 10 minutes. Then put on a slow fire and, not bringing to a boil, constantly stirring, wait until the gelatin is completely dissolved in the water.

Gently pour gelatin into the curds and sour cream and mix thoroughly. Get a liquid mass.
Favorite fruits or berries put on the bottom of the form. Pour the resulting mixture and put into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Serve, you can decorate with syrup, a sprig of mint and berries.
