peeled and grated on a large grater (finely chopped) -cartofel — 1 kg
Finely chopped onions — 1 pc.
Grated cheddar cheese — 300 g
Sour cream — 1,5 cups
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


1. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, onions, cheese (1/4 part off), salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add sour cream and gently mix.

2. Lubricate the baking mold (one large or 4-6 small) with oil. Dispense the potato mixture without leveling the surface.

3. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
