You will need:

Milk cow 250 ml
Yeast raw 50 gr
Sugar sand 3 tbsp
Wheat Flour 500 gr
Salt food 1 pinch
Sugar vanilla 1 tbsp
Egg of chicken 5 pcs
Butter 4 tablespoons butter
Alcohol 2 tbsp

How to Make Donuts Funky:

1. Heat the milk (to be warm), add crushed yeast, 1 tbsp. A spoonful of flour and 1 tbsp. A spoonful of sugar. It is good to mix it and put the vessel in a container with very hot water. As long as it goes up, let’s do other things. In the photo, I almost grew up, when I combined with flour, it was level with a bowl and a good cap.

2. One egg and 4 yolks whipping with a mixer with the remaining sugar (2 tablespoons) into a tight foam.

3. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt and vanilla sugar. Pour the spoon (the fermented yeast) and mix. Then pour the beaten eggs and mix again. It remains to add the melted chilled butter with alcohol (vodka). Now knead the dough with your hands until you fall behind. I already kneaded on the table. If you thought that the dough is too tight — add 2-4 tbsp. Spoons of warm milk. Here’s a little ball I got.

4. I put the ball into a large bowl and put the dough up, covered with a towel, in a warm place. The dough rises quickly and well.

5. Dump the dough on the table. It is good to mix it and roll it out with a rolling pin into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Cut the circles and put them on the board. Allow them to stand for 10 minutes.

6. Warm the vegetable oil in a wide saucepan or stew-pan (the height of the poured oil in the saucepan is two fingers). Fire reduce almost to a minimum. Spread a few pieces of funky and fry with one, and then on the other side. You do not need to make a strong fire. On a slow fire, they are well baked inside. Finished funky put on a napkin to impregnate excess oil.

7. Now on the mood. Who has a pastry syringe or bag, squeeze into the inside for a little jam. And then sprinkle with powdered sugar and eat.
