Double the chocolate pudding


Sugar — ½ cup
Starch — 2 tablespoons
Cocoa powder — ¼ cup
Salt — 1/8 teaspoon
Cream — 1 glass
Milk — 1 glass
Bitter chocolate — 170 g
Vanillin — ½ teaspoon
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings for decoration


In a saucepan, whip sugar, starch, cocoa and salt with whisk. Pour gradually a mixture of cream and milk, whisking, so as not to form lumps. Put the mixture on medium heat and boil without boiling.

As soon as the steam appears, add chopped chocolate and continue stirring until it dissolves and the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat, add vanillin.

Pour the pudding into 4 glasses, close the food film and put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Remove the film, decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate chips.
