Ingredients:

Eggs — 4 pieces;
Sour cream — 100 grams;
Cream cheese — 150 grams;
Mayonnaise — 50 grams;
Parsley — 10 grams;
Crab sticks — 70 grams;
Garlic — 1 clove;
Salt — to taste.

Description of the cooking process:

Egg roll with melted cheese is an excellent light snack, which can be cooked in just 30 minutes. Everything is simple, fast and very tasty. The filling of such a roll can be the most varied depending on the tastes and availability of products in the refrigerator: boiled meat or fish, liver pate, cottage cheese with greens. I have this cream cheese with crab sticks and garlic. It can be limited to one melted cheese with garlic, too, it will be delicious.

You will need the simplest products: eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, processed cheese, garlic, salt and any greens.

First you need to make an omelette. We break eggs into a bowl.

Add sour cream and salt to taste.

Beat eggs with sour cream and salt.

Pour the beaten eggs with sour cream into a baking dish, which must necessarily be baked with baking paper. Or act like me. Do the paper to make small sides and put on a baking sheet, and then gently pour the eggs. The size of the omelets for this amount of ingredients should be approximately 20 cm x 25 centimeters.

Then put the form in the oven, heated to 170 degrees C. Bake an omelet until ready for 15-20 minutes. He will first swell, and then settle and will be even.

While the omelet is in the oven, we are preparing the filling. Three grated cheese on the grater, add crushed garlic and chopped parsley or dill in any way.

This could be stopped, but I added more crab sticks. Excellent here suited shrimp or real crab meat. Put some mayonnaise. And mix all the ingredients. Salt is not necessary, because in the cheese and mayonnaise there is enough salt.

When the omelet will cool a little, lay out the filling on it evenly.

Gently roll the roll with a narrower side with paper. We wrap it in paper and send it to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

We chop the chopped chops into portions and serve them for a snack. This simple but delicious dish will please you on weekdays and holidays.
