Eggs with caviar

Ingredients:

Eggs
cheese
Red caviar
mayonnaise
salt pepper

Preparation:

This gorgeous snack is very simple and easy to prepare. You need to boil as many eggs as you want to get the pairs of boats.

From one hard-boiled egg comes out two ships. Cut the eggs along into two parts, take out the yolk.
We rub the cheese on the grater. Rinse the yolk with salt, black pepper, cheese and mayonnaise.

The resulting filling fill half the proteins. On top put a little red caviar (caviar can be replaced with peas or corn).

Cut out thin strips of cheese of a rectangular or triangular shape and pierce it on a toothpick or skewer, in the form of a sail and stick into halves of eggs.
