Fairy pie made from pears

Fairy pie made from pears

— 4 pears
— 100 g of sugar
— 50 g of butter
— 50 ml of water
— A handful of walnuts (if desired)
— 300 g of butter
— 250 g of sugar
— 4 eggs
— 200 g of flour
— a pinch of salt
— 2 teaspoons with a slide of baking powder for dough

Peel the pears from the peel, cut along into 4 pieces and remove the core.

In a frying pan over medium heat, add 100 g of sugar, 50 ml of water and 50 g of butter. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the pears and mix, lightly shaking the frying pan. Fruit will give juice, and it will turn caramel into the most incredible pear caramel sauce. The main thing is to wait for a light golden color of caramel, and then immediately remove it from the fire. Leave the frying pan to cool aside.

If you have an electric mixer, this greatly speeds up the process, however, with the same success you can prepare this pie using a whisk.

First, soften 300 g of butter, whisking it in a large bowl. When it melts sufficiently enough to become lighter and lighter, add sugar and whisk well.

Then, gradually add the eggs one at a time, mixing them homogeneously with the dough.

Add a pinch of salt, baking powder and flour. Stir the flour into the dough with a spatula until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Put the dough in the baking dish. Place the pears in any style that looks decorative to you, pour over the pear caramel on top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if you have a desire.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C, 40 minutes.

As a result, there will be a wonderful dessert, light biscuit, caramel soaked and tender, still juicy pear.
