Favorite cake sour cream

How to cook your favorite cake sour cream?


Butter or margarine butter — 100 g
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Condensed milk — 1 pot
Soda (slaked) — 1 tsp.
Flour — 8 tbsp. l.
Cocoa — 1 tbsp. l.
For cream:
Sour cream 20% — 600-700 g
Sugar — 100 g


1. We combine the softened oil with eggs and whisk.
2. Add the condensed milk, whisk.
3. Soda is quenched with vinegar, add to the dough, whisk.
4. We sift the flour into the dough, mix it
5. The finished dough is divided into two parts.
The dough should turn out like a thick sour cream.
6. In one of the parts add the sifted cocoa, mix.
7. And start baking cakes at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depends on the stove).
8. While the cakes are baked, we prepare the cream.
9. Mix the sour cream and sugar and beat it up a little.
10. Cut the finished cakes cut in half. And cut the side.
11. Each cake is punctured with a fork (except the bottom one) and greased with cream.
12. And so we smear all the cakes and sides.
13. Cut the cakes we grind into crumbs (hands) and sprinkle the whole cake.
14. We put on the night in the fridge and in the morning it is ready.
15. You can also fill it with chocolate glaze, and do not sprinkle.

For glaze:
Butter — 50 g
Milk — 2 tbsp. l.
Cocoa — 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar — 4 tbsp. l.

All the ingredients are mixed and put on fire. As soon as it boils, remove from the plate.
