Festive festive pizza

Yeast dough — 300 gr.,
Your favorite sausages — 6 pcs.,
Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc.,
Your favorite hard cheese is 200 gr.,
Eggs — 1 piece, for lubrication.

1. Roll a thin yeast dough on a flour-poured table. Transfer to a baking tray. On the dough, put a piece of sausage in a circle, first cutting it along, then across 3 parts.
Bend the edges of the dough for sausages and press the dough tightly. Make incisions between the pieces and in the middle of each piece, then rotate each pair in opposite directions.
2. Further cooking pizza depends on what you have in the refrigerator.
I smeared the middle of the pizza with ketchup and put into it slices of sausages and yellow bell pepper. Then you need to sprinkle your favorite grated cheese on a fine grater, and spread out the tomato slices.
3. Next, add circles of olives and seasoning, greens. Before sending it to the preheated oven, sprinkle with your favorite grated cheese and apply a mayonnaise mesh.
4 Lubricate the edge of the pizza with a beaten egg. Bake for 30 minutes (until redness). Ready festive pizza decorated with droplets of ketchup and dill, the pizza is ready.
