Fillets in honey sauce


— 3-4 pcs of chicken fillets (can be substituted for turkey)
— 0.5 cups of fried tomatoes (or 1.5-2 liters of tomato paste dilute lightly with water)
— 1/3 -1/4 cup soy sauce
— 1 in.l. Honey
— 1 in.l. Sesame oil (optional, but tastier with it)
— Red pepper


1. Chicken fillet mode into small pieces, add all the remaining ingredients, carefully mix it all up and leave to marinate on the table for 1 hour.
2. Heat the frying pan, lay out our chicken along with the marinade, level it.
3. Fry 2 minutes without a lid, turn over. Another 2 minutes fry — turn over. If necessary, then repeat the procedure and the third time.
4. Cover with a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Do not need to fry the chicken for a long time, otherwise it will become stiff, with a maximum of 8-10 minutes.

The hen turns out soft, juicy, fragrant and literally melts in a mouth!
