Mayonnaise — 250 g
Sour cream 250 g
Egg of chicken — 4 pcs.
Baking powder for dough or soda — 1 tsp.
Flour 300 g

For filling:

White cabbage — 400 g
Sausages — 500 g
Vegetable oil for frying


1. Mix the dough. To do this, in a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough. Dough for consistency should resemble thick sour cream.
2. Cut cabbage into small cubes. In a frying pan or directly on a baking sheet, fry sausages cut into slices. Then we spread the cabbage.
3. Fry all together until half ready, stirring constantly so that the filling is not burnt.
4. Lightly salt. We mix the filling so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed in shape.
5. Now pour the dough on top. We put the cake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C. Pie the cake until a crust is formed. Pour the jellied pie with cabbage and sausages a bit and serve, cutting into portions.
