Fish in onion batter

— fish fillet — 400 g
— Egg — 1 pc.
— onions — 1 pc.
— flour — 2 tbsp. L.
— mayonnaise — 2 tbsp. L.
— salt, pepper — to taste


Add salt to the fish.

Preparation of batter: chop the onions in a blender or grate. Then add the egg, mayonnaise, flour, pepper to taste and whip well.

Pieces of fish should be put in the batter and give 5-10 minutes to stand.
Heat the frying pan and fry the pieces in batter on both sides with vegetable oil. Fry on a small fire, under the lid.
