Fish sauce


— yoghurt without additives (150 g);
— lemon juice (2 tsp);
— dill (bunch);
— garlic (1-2 cloves).


The specified products for a sauce will suffice for 2-3 portions of a dish. I really enjoyed eating with it baked trout. Also went well with squid in batter. Time costs for cooking dill-yoghurt sauce are very few minutes, literally 2. Maximum 3.

We cut dill.
Add yogurt juice of lemon, chopped garlic and dill.
We mix everything. The sauce is ready.
