Flower Cookies

Flower Cookies

● 200 gr. flour (it took me a little more),
● 150 gr. margarine or butter,
● 6 tbsp. l. sour cream,
● 100 gr. Sahara,
● a pinch of salt,
● 1 tsp. baking powder (in the recipe it was not, it’s gag),
● vanillin,
● 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder (you can replace 50 gr of grated chocolate).

1. Wipe the flour with margarine, add sugar, salt, sour cream, flour, vanillin and baking powder. Knead soft, not sticky, elastic dough. Divide it into two parts and add cocoa powder to one. Turn both parts of the dough separately into a film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour-hour. I lay a couple of hours.

2. Then, take out the dough, roll it into strata about 3-4 mm thick, cut out the mugs. Cut out a glass with a diameter of about 6 cm.

3. To form one flower, you need to take two white and two dark circles.

4. Fold them overlapping, alternating colors.

5. Roll up the roll, folded together circles.

6. Cut the roll from the circles in the middle.

7. It turns out two cookies, a flower. Although they remind me very much something like crunches or bagels-simites)))

8. Bake baked in a preheated to 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

9. Do not rumble very much so that it does not overdry.

Very smart and cute cookies turned out!
