Fresh cabbage salad with chicken

This seasonal winter salad with boiled chicken and crispy croutons.


500 g chicken breasts, skinless
400 g white cabbage
A glass of grated cheese
1 cup of croutons or crackers
Salt to taste


1. Put chicken in salted boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Take the chicken out of the water and set it aside to cool.

2. Finely chop cabbage (without a stump), put it in a deep bowl and season with salt. After a few minutes, remember the cabbage with your hands to make it softer.

3. Cut the chicken into pieces and add to the salad bowl.

4. Add the grated cheese and mix everything.

5. Season with mayonnaise and mix again. Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately (if you are preparing a salad in advance, do not put crumbs into it until servicing).
