Fresh cabbage soup (Fast method)


1 chicken weighing 1.5 kg, preferably soup
400 g cabbage
1 large onion
2 medium carrots
5 medium potatoes
2 stalks of celery
olive oil
5 peas of black and sweet pepper
3 bay leaves
Sour cream

Preparation of cabbage soup from fresh cabbage:

Step 1

Put the chicken in a saucepan pour 3 liters of water and put on a fire. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook, removing the foam, 1.5 h.

Step 2

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Carrot and celery slices. Thinly chop cabbage.

Step 3

Remove the chicken from the broth and transfer to a dish. Separate the meat from the bones and cut.

Step 4

Pour the saucepan with broth to the fire. Add the carrots and celery and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the onions and cabbage, cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 5

Peel potatoes and cut into medium cubes, put in soup. Add black and sweet pepper, bay leaf, salt. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Finely chop dill and add to the pan. Return the chicken to the pan. Remove from heat and leave the soup under the lid for 5 minutes. Pour out soup on plates. Serve with sour cream.
