Fried fish with lemon

Many people like fish and my family — not an exception. I propose to try one of the most favorite recipes for cooking fish in our family.

To prepare fragrant fish you will need:
fillets of fish — 700 g;
ketchup — 5 tbsp. l .;
soy sauce — 5 tbsp. l .;
garlic — 2-3 cloves (or garlic powder);
flour for breading;
oil for frying;
slightly salt.

Mix ketchup and soy sauce.
We cut fish fillets into portions.

Dip each piece of fish into a soy-tomato sauce and add it to a separate bowl. Sprinkle with garlic or garlic powder. And we remove the marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

After pickling, we pour the fish in flour mixed with a small amount of salt, and fry it on red-hot oil from two sides to a golden color.
From the sauce, when fried, the smell is awesome! We serve aromatic fish … for example, with mashed potatoes.
