Fried suluguni with tomatoes

It will take:

500 g of suluguni cheese
2 eggs
100 g breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for roasting
2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
70 grams of coriander
2 tbsp. L. Vegetable oil
Salt, ground black pepper

Preparation:

Suluguni slice into thick slices. Eggs slightly whisk. Each slice of cheese dipped in eggs, roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat this procedure again and fry in vegetable oil.
For sauce: wash tomatoes, dry and cut into cubes. Garlic let through the press, chop the cilantro. Mix all the ingredients with butter, salt and pepper. Serve separately to fried suluguni.
