FRUIT SOUP WITH SAUSAGE

INGREDIENTS:

● 4 chicken skeletons from the soup set
● 300 g of boiled-smoked sausage
● 1 cup of fine white beans
● 1 stalk of petioled celery
● 1 medium carrot
● 1/4 medium cabbage
● 1 medium onion
● 3-4 cloves of garlic
● Vegetable oil
● Salt, pepper
● Sweet red paprika
● Dill and parsley greens

PREPARATION:

First the beans are soaked for an hour in cold water, the chicken soup set should be cooked in 3 liters of water. Then sausage cut into bars.

From the broth you need to pull out the chicken skeletons, add the beans and cook for 40 minutes.

Then fry onion with sausage and send to a pan, then in the same frying pan fry carrots and celery. After a minute, add the chopped garlic and then send it all to the pan.

Cabbage is best chopped rather thinly and added to a pan. Once the soup boils, it should be salted, peppered and add a teaspoon of sweet paprika. Watch the soup ready beans.

Serve with chopped herbs of dill and parsley.
