Galeta puff pastry

Ingredients:

Dough flaky — 500 g.

Ham — 250 g.
Cheese Russian 50% — 200 g.
Egg of chicken — 6 pcs.
Green onions — 20 g.
Basil — 1 teaspoon
Parsley is a bunch.
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.
Salt, pepper — to taste.

Preparation:

Stage 1.

Ham is thinly cut into strips. Grate the cheese on a large grater. Finely chop the greens. All the mix, salt.
Step 2.

Beat the eggs and salt. Pour off part of the mixture to coat the cake, and add the remaining greens and salt, pepper.
Step 3.

On a heavily heated pan, pour a little oil and pour a third of the egg mixture (like a pancake batter). Fry under the cover for 1-2 minutes. So cook two more omelettes.
Stage 4.

The dough roll is not very thin (about 1 cm) in two round «shortbread» in size slightly larger than fried omelets.
Step 5.

Place one part of the dough on a baking tray or in a baking dish. With a fork.
Step 6.

Place the omelet in the center of the test, sprinkle with ham and cheese. Also do the following two omelettes, which will be put next to the first layer.
Step 7.

Cover the filling with the second part of the dough. Well tuck and dab the edges of the dough.
Step 8.

Coat the egg with the egg. Pinch the upper cake with a fork.
Step 9.

In the center of the biscuit, make a small hole with your finger and insert a tube from the dough scraps. Bake a biscuit in a preheated oven at t 200 degrees 20-30 minutes.
