German Pie with Smoked Salmon

How to cook a German pie with smoked salmon?


Wheat flour 1 glass
Butter 100 grams
Egg 4 pieces
Green onion 3 beams
Smoked salmon 150 grams
Sour cream home 2 cups
Pepper black ground to taste
Salt to taste


1. Chop the butter with flour, add egg and salt. Knead the dough. Put it on for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Chop the green onions, saute in butter, salt, pepper and cool.

3. Cut the fillet of salmon strips and mix with onions.

4. Stir the remaining eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper.

5. Roll the dough into a layer, put it in a greased form, slightly lifting the edges. On top of the dough, put slices of salmon with onion and pour the egg mixture.

6. Bake at a power above the average of 6 minutes.
