It’s just a fairy tale, sweet homemade treats hazelnut-waffle sweets, which your children will be happy about, so what adults say will want to try this homemade treat.


Milk chocolate — 150 gr.
Dark chocolate — 150 gr.
Cream — 50 ml. 33%
Butter — 30 gr.
Hazelnut — 100 gr.
Dry waffles without a filling — 50 gr.
Dark chocolate for glazing — 150 gr.


1. I take wafers and cut them into pieces, not into dust.
2. Then hazelnuts.
3. I rub it medium, not in chips.
4. Then, milk the chocolate in the microwave for 1.15 minutes at a power of 1000 watts.
5. I mix it all up.
6. I spread on the parchment in the box with the sides.
I put it in the refrigerator to freeze for an hour or two.
7. I’m going for ganash.
Warm the cream in the microwave, add dark chocolate and butter.
8. I mix all this carefully.
9. Fill the previously prepared hazelnut-waffle base.
Again in the refrigerator to freeze for 2 hours.
10. Frozen tasty food cut with a hot knife into pieces.
11. Tople the dark chocolate 1.15 minutes in a microwave with a power of 1000 watts.
12. I glaze with dark chocolate.
And again to freeze in the refrigerator.
13. After solidification, you can start to enjoy.
