Hepatic cake Refreshing

Hepatic cake Refreshing

Chicken liver — 800 g
Carrots — 3 pcs.
Onion — 3 pcs.
Fresh cucumber — 1 pc.
Sour cream 200 g
Mayonnaise home — 150 g
Garlic — 0,5 heads
Dill — 1 bundle
Wheat flour — 3 tbsp. L.
Salt — 1 tsp.
Bay leaf — 3 pcs.
Egg — 3 pieces.

1. First we will clean the carrots, we will wash (I have small carrots, so I took 5 pieces, if you take an average size, three will be enough).
2. Peel the carrots on a large grater.
3. Onions are also cleared and finely chopped.
4. Then fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil until lightly golden.
5. Turn off the fire, we toss the bay leaf to the frying pan, cover it with a lid. Let it be soaked with the aroma of spice! Cool it down.
6. Rinse the liver under running water, let drain the liquid. Then cut the veins.
7. Grind it with a blender. Add flour, eggs, 2 tbsp. L. Sour cream and salt. The dough should look like a pancake, a bit thicker.
8. On the heated frying pan and greased with a vegetable frying pan, bake cakes (this is the longest and the jewelery process, since we try to make the edges smooth).
9. In the frying pan 22 cm I got 8 cakes. Give them time to cool down completely.
10. Meanwhile, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped greens and garlic.
11. We gather our cake: First, the sour-cream mayonnaise sauce (~ 1.5 tablespoons) is placed on the cake.
12. Then fried carrots with onions (if a lot of vegetable oil, I recommend pre-squeezing the fried vegetables). Then again the cake.
13. And put the sauce on the sauce (pre-rub it on a large grater). So we alternate the filling.
14. It turns out that’s a cake, decorated at will and by the presence of imagination.

Bon Appetit!
