Liver — 1 Kilogram (pork, beef, chicken, turkey)
Bow — 2 pieces
Carrot — 2 pieces
Vegetable oil — 4 items. Spoons
Processed cheese — 200 Grams
Butter — 150 Grams

How to prepare «Hepatic roll»:
1. Prepare the products for the roll. Pork liver should be thoroughly washed and preferably — soak if there is time. Remove the film from it, remove the ducts. Wash vegetables and clean.

2. In boiling salted water put the liver, cook it until ready. Pork liver is cooked for 40-45 minutes. Chicken or turkey — faster.

3. Cut the onions and carrots not too large.

4. Fry vegetables on vegetable oil. Salt to taste.

5. Cut the cooked liver into slices, fold into the blender bowl, add fried vegetables. Grind it.

6. Add hot butter pieces to the hot hemp. Mix again in the blender.

7. Liver pate for roulette is ready.

8. Take a rectangle of foil. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, spread out an even layer of pate from the liver.

9. Top with grated cheese. Only recede from the near edge 1-2 cm, and from the edge of the distant — 2-3 cm.

10. Very slowly and carefully roll the roll with foil, bending the edge towards you. Wrap tightly roll, send it to the fridge for 2-3 hours to cool down.

11. After two or three hours, remove the foil, trim the edges nicely and decorate the roll to taste. I just poured mayonnaise, decorated with ringlets of olives and sprinkled with herbs.
